1. To begin the booking process, check the availability and request a hold on the property that you wish to book. View the availability calendar on the property description. If the date that you are interested in is in green, click on the date to confirm availability and request a hold.
   
2. Once we confirm that your dates are available, we will notify you and request that you return a completed copy of our Booking contract which will be included in our message or can be downloaded here.
   
   RENTAL AGREEMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   
   The booking contract must be returned within 3 days upon receipt, either by fax or mail, along with your payment. Bookings are not secured until we receive payment. Deposits for weekly rentals can be paid by bank wire transfer, personal check, International money order in US funds.
3. Final payment is due a minimum of 10 weeks prior to your arrival at the rental. Some owners request payment earlier, and this will be noted on the property description page. Final payment is due by check drawn on US Funds or wire transfers.
4. No less than three weeks before your departure you will receive all pertinent information regarding your vacation rental. This includes the voucher, directions and key holder information.
