Our entire family agrees that Bella Victoria deserves 5 Stars! We loved, loved, loved the villa! The villa was well equipped and spacious. The maid service was an added bonus-they did a great job. The grounds and surrounding countryside was breathtakingly beautiful. our favorite villa experience was the beautiful rooms and the big dining room table that our group could sit and enjoy great meals together. The AC did not really cool off the upstairs bedrooms that well We opened the windows but with no screens, there were a lot of bugs in the rooms. We called and they tried to fix it but it didn't get any better. Our most memorable experience was the fantastic meal prepared by the villa chef you arranged. She was a very interesting person and the meal was superb! thank you for choosing the special villa cook for our family. Our best sightseeing experience was visiting the Antinori winery, they had a beautiful restaurant in the vineyards that was just spectacular. Note from Papavero Villa Rentals: In 2012 the Italian Government began regulating heating and cooling in a way to prevent brownouts. Any new air conditioning unit must have regulators installed at the factory to conform with maximum temperatures. From April 15 to mid October room temperature cannot be less than 26C / 78.8 F with a - 2 degree tolerance for a minimum low temperature of 75.2 F We clarify this in our house rules before our guests depart for Italy.
