The villa was wonderful, and so comfortable. The pool is a dream and we found ourselves spending most of our time there. The staff was so attentive, yet unobtrusive. They were there when you needed something and always cheerful and helpful. What a great Italy experience THANK YOU !

We spent 4 weeks here with our family. We loved the open kitchen and the option to have our meals inside or on the terrace. The large garden was appreciated and the pool was so beautiful. Having kids we appreciated it the stairs to reach the pool area. Cose enough to Cortona for coffee and pastry every morining and ideal for touring Umbria as well as Tuscany. We loved it so much we have decided to return

This villa is absolutely beautiful, very 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous'. From the moment you drive through the beautiful wrought iron gate, you know you have made the right choice! Each day we had breakfast on the patio with a breathtaking view of the Val di Chiana - vineyards and olive groves, beautiful tiny villages and farms. There are olive, lemon, lime, apple, pear and cherry trees on the property as well as a small vegetable and herb garden. The pool is quite large and well maintained, although in early June it was a bit cold for swimming. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully furnished and a wonderful combination of Old World Charm and modern conveniences.
If you like to cook, you will be thrilled! the kitchen is very modern and well equipped. The coop in Camucia ( 10 minutes by car) has everything a US grocery store has and more, but also shop in town for the freshest fruits and vegetables and then stop by the butcher for meat, the bakery for croissants and breads, the florists for a couple of sunflowers for the table. Each day is a gourmet's idea of heaven! We rate this house 5 stars!
