Wonderful Villa! The proximity to Florence is a huge plus. Good location for visiting Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and the quaint towns on the Chianti Wine Road. By mid week, everyone was feeling comfortable enough to explore on their own, and our teenage children loved taking the bus into the city while we parents stayed close to home, stopping in nearby vineyards for some wine tastings and then returning back to the villa to relax. The staff was courteous and unobtrusive.
