Cottage Nuccio was lovely. We had everything we needed. We watched the beautiful sunsets every night. It was well located for our travels. We visited twenty Hill Towns. We visited Civita Di Bagnereggio and that was special.
We loved Umbria. Recommend it highly. One can never get enough of Italy. I just loved the blue refrigerator on the cottage. Crazy.

Cottage Nuccio is one of the nicest properties in which we have stayed in Italy. 5 stars! Everything was perfect, we would love to return to this rental property. The property was just like the website stated. The entire cottage was extremely clean, we were so impressed with the host who was very friendly and helpful, so sweet.
It is easy to get to other small towns and Villages. We really love staying in the countryside with the ability to drive to nearby cities such as Perugia, Assisi and of course Todi. October is hunting season and the truffles abound----we ate ourselves silly with fresh game and funghi. We used this cottage as a base for a week to take day trips and were able to see a lot of Umbria.
This was our first visit to Umbria and would like to return. The cottage host recommended restaurants and places to visit. We found many places which were not in tourist guides just by driving in the area.
