Caprioli nestles in one of Tuscany's most beautiful areas, the 'La Crete' region and is only a few minutes from the ancient spa town of San Casciano dei Bagni, renowned for its health-giving waters. Decorated in typical Tuscan style, the house is warm and inviting, with terracotta tiles on the floor and wood beamed ceilings. The annex allows for privacy, with its own entrance, sitting room and three bedrooms. The pool is done in local stone and overlooks the Val d'Orcia. Fabulous location; in the country, yet close to the hill towns of Montepulciano, Orvieto and Pienza.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Main House: Enter from the front terrace into a large and welcoming dining room with seating for ten. The spacious kitchen opens to the dining room, is fully equipped and has a fireplace. From the kitchen, a short corridor leads to a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub. On the left is a large, well lit living room with sofas and colorful floor cushions, oriental style. The French doors open onto a charming patio furnished with garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.
Annex: Outside entrance to a small flight of stairs which lead to a comfortable sitting room. Next to the sitting room is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower. A hallway leads to a single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a second bed that pulls out to accommodate an additional guest. There is another double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub.
