With 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, the villa is perfect for multigenerational family vacations or groups of friends eager to explore the area. Be sure to spend some time in Lucca, one of Italy's most beautiful small towns. Lucca is renowned for its massive 16th-century ramparts, topped with trees planted as far back as 1550. Rent a bicycle and ride around the wall, or take a leisurely stroll to enjoy the views. Known as the birthplace of Puccini, Lucca boasts a rich history dating back to 56 B.C., with numerous museums and restaurants to explore.

For a relaxing day trip, visit the Versilia beaches: sophisticated Forte Dei Marmi, casual Victorian Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta, and Lido di Camaiore. You can also head to the Cinque Terre or have lunch at the harbor in Portofino, overlooking the yachts. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the excellent wines in Lucca and the nearby town of Montecarlo. Spend a day in Bolgheri, known for its prestigious Super Tuscan reds and seaside vineyards. Florence is easily accessible by car or a convenient train ride. Adventurous guests can explore Garfagnanna, stopping at the Devil's Bridge on the way to the beautiful town of Barga. A day trip along the Chianti wine road, including a visit to the singing butcher of Panzano, is also a delightful option.

Narciso, a contractor, and Daniela, a doctor, are always on hand to ensure your comfort and happiness. Daniela's medical expertise has been invaluable to many guests, whether it's treating a bee sting, assisting after a minor accident, or providing sunburn relief.

The villa has been refreshed in 2023, with fresh light hued paints, new sofas and chairs, and always the great orthapedic beds.

The villa is enveloped by a lush garden teeming with vibrant colors and fragrances: hibiscus, dahlias, wisteria, lemons, roses, and olive trees create a picturesque scene.
A gently winding stairway, flanked by flowers and aromatic herbs like sage, rosemary, and thyme, leads to another terrace. This terrace features a wooden gazebo surrounded by flowers and greenery, housing an outdoor gym equipped with modern and multifunctional fitness tools.
At the bottom of the stairway, you'll find the pool area. The large swimming pool (6 x 12 meters), bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk and surrounded by rose-covered terraces, evokes the feeling of an ancient Roman theater.
Guests can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere with deck chairs, sunbeds, tables, sunshades, and a shower, providing a perfect setting for leisure and relaxation.
