Your home away from home is only two kilometers from Panzano in Chianti, home of the 'Singing Butcher' who is renowned for singing arias while he carves.
Recently restored, Podere Panzano has a large living and dining room, a cottage that accommodates two additional guests, terraces with an outdoor barbecue for dining al fresco and a pool with a furnished patio area that overlooks the Chianti countryside. The master suite has its own private outside entrance with a living room and kitchen and is not internally accessible to the main house.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The large farmhouse consists of two separate living areas, which are only rented together and a cottage. The first part of the house is the main house. Attached but not accessible internally is a private 'apartment' with its own private entrance off the terrace.

MAIN HOUSE
Ground Floor: Large and spacious fully equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, living room with doors leading to the terrace, two double bedrooms with en suite bath, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, studio with sitting area and laptop with wireless DSL Internet access.

First Floor: A steep and narrow wooden staircase leads up to a twin bedroom with a bathroom with shower.

PRIVATE APARTMENT
Large furnished terrace leads to a spacious living room with SAT TV and music system, cozy kitchen with fireplace and access to the terrace, bright dining area with exit to terrace, a master bedroom with exit to terrace, bathroom with shower and tub and a laundry room, all located on the ground floor.

COTTAGE
Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a stairway leading down to a bathroom with a shower. There is a dining room for large parties, which can also be used for yoga classes.

A very well kept garden and many large terraces and patios with outdoor barbecue, outside dining and a pizza oven surround the house, with a garden path leading to the swimming pool a few meters below the house.
