The villa stands in an airy position on top of a gentle hill commanding 360 degree views over the countryside and sea. The nearest sandy beach is just seven kilometers away, reachable in a comfortable ten minute traffic free drive through rural scenery. Villa Mela is surrounded by five acres of beautifully and carefully tended grounds.
The ground floor of the villa opens into a spacious covered veranda with wooden flooring, ideal for al fresco dinners, relaxing reading in swinging hammocks caressed by the summer breeze or just enjoying evening drinks. The villa comprises two units; the main house featuring four bedrooms, and the guest quarters located besides the pool with four independent bedrooms. The two full time attentive but non intrusive caretakers (a husband and wife team) live on the premises in a separate apartment.

ACCOMMODATIONS

MAIN HOUSE
Enter the villa via a small foyer with a stairways on the left thattakes you to the upper floor where the master bedroom is located. To the right of the foyer you enter a spacious living room with fireplace. The living room leads into a very spacious eat in kitchen with a dining table seating twelve guests. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room. From the living room and eat in kitchen, French doors open onto the veranda which has another large dining table, hammocks and more sofas for outside relaxation. To the left of the entrance a corridor opens to the sleeping quarters where you will find one double bedroom, a bedroom with a French size bed (suitable for two small children or one adult) and a bedroom with twin French size beds. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub.

FIRST FLOOR
The upper floor features the master suite, with a study room with a walk in closet, a bathroom with both tub and shower and a double bedroom with access to a terrace.
ANNEX NEXT TO SWIMMING POOL
There are four bedroom suites located next to the swimming pool and are NOT connected to the main house or to each other. Three twin bedrooms and one double bedroom have their own en suite bathrooms with showers. All open onto a covered Terrace with their own private entrance.
