You will find this enchanting stone house located in the heart of Chianti a wonderful place to call home. Located just a short drive to the famous village of Greve in Chianti you can leisurely walk to town for your morning cappuccino. It's all about location and this one is ideal. Both Florence and Siena are easily reached by car or bus and many small Tuscan hill towns are easily accessible.
Three stories high, it is surrounded by nearly five acres of well tended gardens, flowers, lawns and well established trees. The swimming pool area is located slightly below the house and offers unbeatable views of the surrounding Chianti countryside. With these surroundings, Ai Fiore assures guests comfort, convenience, and relaxation.
The interior is classic Tuscan and very comfortable. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.

ACCOMMODATIONS
GROUND FLOOR
Enter into the spacious, comfortable living room with fireplace and then a dining room with seating for eight. Further on from the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with a table seating six, which leads to the laundry room. From the kitchen, dining and living area, French doors open onto the outside terrace with table for al fresco meals.
FIRST FLOOR
A stairway of fifteen steps leads to the first floor. Halfway up the steps is a guest bathroom. At the top of the stairs is a cozy living room with fireplace and TV and access to the external stairway. On this same floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub and hand shower and a twin bedroom with a bathroom that has a shower.
SECOND FLOOR
Fifteen steps lead to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with a tub and hand shower.
