Surrounded by rugged pine forest, you have a private path to the sea and a wide sandy beach with incredible views stretching out to the horizon and distant islands. Truly paradise!

While the beach is not private, the property is on a private estate of fifteen acres, which also includes the owner's two secluded family vacation homes. The nearest public access to the beach is over one mile in each direction so chances are you will not see anyone on the beach during your stay. The main house contains five bedrooms, but for an addtional price, there are two separate cottages, each with a double bedroom that can be rented for a total of 14 guests (see TG0714).

ACCOMMODATIONS

GROUND FLOOR
Enter into the small foyer and on to the dining room and living room with French doors opening onto the beachfront terrace. A twin/double bedroom on this floor can be converted to a TV room if requested at time of booking. A hall bathroom services this room. A nice, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room is in the rear of the house. Continue down the hallway to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the right and a twin bedroom with adjacent hall bathroom on the left. At the end of the hallway are two large double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.

ROOFTOP TERRACE
An incredible rooftop terrace offers you a unique outdoor living space. A large space, it has two covered dining areas, a covered and open living area offering full sun exposure, a cooking area with barbeque and a Jacuzzi, strategically positioned to offer the best views of the sea. Surrounded by a rugged pine forest, the air is perfumed with salty pine fragrances and gentle breezes from the ocean.

OUTSIDE AREA
A large terrace surrounds the entrance to the villa with comfortable funishings under the covered areas. The grounds are surrounded by a pine forest and a path leading directly to the beach.
