This elegant family villa is located on the shores of Lake Como and just eight kilometers from the magical village of Bellagio. A strategic position right on the lake offers up incredible views no matter where you are - the large and spacious living room and kitchen, the large outdoor terrace that is comfortably furnished or the swimming pool and gardens.

This ideal location, is Lake Front on the edge of a lovely hamlet and has easy access Bellagio known as the 'pearl of Lake Como' You have many ways to reach this charming village, besides a quick car ride. The public Ferry landing dock is within walking distance as well as a bus stop, both with limited schedule. New for 2025 will be a municiple shuttle bus to Bellagio in the plans but not yet confirmed as of 2024. THe best way is by your own private rented boat. You can also the four miles on the nearby Trianglo Lariano trails to enjoy memorable moments viewing the villages and villas on the shoreline.

The owners restored this 20th century villa after falling in love with it the moment they saw it. Restoration was centered around capturing the incredible views from both inside and outside the villa. The park like grounds, the pool and the outside living area terraces, even the gazebo and vine covered pergola were all placed based on the views and comfort of guests.

The interior boasts large picture windows and French doors offering plenty of natural light onto the clean modern design of the living spaces and offering beautiful and tranquil views on the lake.

The accommodations are spread across 3 floors, with a vast open plan living and dining space on the ground floor, along with a state-of-the-art kitchen, a regulation-sized billiards table and a large-screen satellite TV. The second floor has 2 twin and 3 double rooms, some with private terraces, while the third-floor penthouse apartment has its own living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double and a twin bedroom, a large bathroom and a private roof terrace.

There is a boat rental shop nearby that offers small motorboats, kayaks and escorted boat tours.

While the villa has enough beds for 18 guests, the owners prefer to accept up to 16 guests, but please call us to discuss your accommodation needs.

ACCOMMODATIONS

A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into your own private park with spacious lawns that meet the lake's front, seating for contemplation, reading a book or just taking a nap.

GROUND FLOOR
Accessed directly from the main entrance with eight steps that lead you into the wide and very carefully refined open living area with billiard room and living area with comfortable armchairs, sofas around a working fireplace. From the dining room you can enjoy the most amazing lake views from the six French doors that give you access to the large terrace facing the lake, the ideal place to have meals during the warm summer days.
The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is fully equipped with all modern appliances to satisfy even the most discerning gourmet chef!

Another staircase with 20 steps leads you to an exclusive penthouse apartment with many windows overlooking the lake and an extremely wide private terrace perfect for romantic dinners or to celebrate very special occasions in a unique setting.

Here is a wine cellar, pre stocked with many bottles of Italian wine for the guests' convenience. A price list is posted and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

- for 2025 the gym has been moved from the basement level to a small annex building here you will find a tread mill, bike, weight masince and punch ball. Foosball and Tennis table.
