The villa has been completely restored to the highest standards, with paintings and statuary carefully chosen to reflect the character of the villa. The colors of the walls and ceilings complement the furnishings and add warmth to the ambiance. While the original Baroque decor has been well-preserved, all the modern conveniences coexist, to insure a relaxing, comfortable getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances for easy preparation of any meal or, if you prefer, simply observe the villa's personal chef. There is central air conditioning and heating in every room. Villa Andressa has a spa, complete with an indoor, heated pool with Jacuzzi and a waterfall, Turkish bath, sauna, three spa showers and weight training. There are terraces and gardens on different levels, with stunning views of the coastline and the isle of Capri, perfect for sunning, relaxing and dining. Villa Andressa is fully staffed and cooking service for continental breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the price.

As is typical of the Amalfi Coast, a series of walkways and characteristic shallow stairs lead to the villa. A five to ten minute walk will bring you to the center of Positano, with its characteristic shops and restaurants. Relax with an aperitif and watch the sunset from the sea, have dinner on the coast of Capri or have your fish dinner freshly caught from the azure waters by a local fisherman, for preparation in the villa kitchen.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The main entrance hall features a double staircase with statuary, leading to both the upper level and the garden level. At this level there is a spacious, formal living room and dining room with French doors leading to the front terrace and a casual dining room adjacent to the professional kitchen where your personal chef can be requested to provide meals. An additional bathroom is on this floor.

The upper level of the villa consists of two large master bedroom suites, each complete with sitting areas for four people, en suite bathrooms and private balconies. These suites share a terrace with incredible views of the Amalfi coastline, Positano and the Lattori mountains.

Down the steps from the main entrance hall, you arrive at the lower level with two additional double bedroom suites, both with en suite bathrooms. The laundry room is also on this level. From here, you have direct access to the garden. There is also a single bedroom with a private bathroom in the hall.

Villa Andressa also has a private spa complete with an indoor, hydro-massage pool and cascading waterfall. The pool is surrounded by marble arches, statuary and massive terra cotta pots. Niches for relaxing are scattered throughout and a lounge area has a plasma TV with satellite and a state-of-the-art sound system. The spa also includes a Turkish steam bath, spa showers, sauna, weight training room and a bathroom. After a swim, relax outside on the adjacent large terrace with comfortable chaises for sunning and bask in the outdoor Jacuzzi tub.
