Located in upper Positano, your views from the gardens and terrace include the center city of Positano as well as the coastline all the way down to Praiano and the sea that includes the Li Galli islands.
Sitting on a rocky ridge in a quiet residential neighborhood, you reach the villa by walking 200 meters /600 feet from the coastal highway by a pedestrian pathway that is reached by a 90 step staircase. From the pathway, another set of steps, this time just 47, take you to the gated entrance. Don't worry about luggage, it will be arranged for it to be carried for you both on arrival and departure.
Enter into a beautiful vine covered garden and another 20 steps takes you to the shaded area of the garden where there are tables and chairs for relaxing anytime of the day or night. Here you also have a heated Jacuzzi that can seat 6 guests.
As with many villas along the coast, this one is on multi levels, built in tandem with Mother Nature and the shape of the cliffs it sits upon.
An external staircase takes you from the garden to the terraces and swimming pool. The first terrace has a small wood deck with tables and chairs that leads up to the rocky slope. The swimming pool is located on the lowest level offering beautiful views of the sea and coast.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Enter the villa through the owner's little vineyard for his own homemade wines. An external staircase brings you down through the garden and the lower terrace with swimming pool that looks out to the sea

MAIN FLOOR
The spacious living room is a great gathering place, centered around a working fireplace, you also have a TV, Stereo, computer with DSL Internet connection and mini bar. The professional eat in kitchen is in keeping with a rustic country style yet you have everything you need to create a gourmet meal, including three refrigerators, an oven and 5 range stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and a telephone if you want to make dinner reservations at the nearby Ristorante, however be reminded that there is a chef on site with his personally created menu so guests can choose their lunches and dinners individually. A private chef can be hired for cooking classes on request.
Off of the living room is a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and its own balcony with sea views. On the other side of the living room is a large panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs and a canopy tent for those that prefer a bit of shade while looking out over Positano and the sea.

GROUND FLOOR
From the hallway, a staircase with 21 steps takes you to the ground floor with two double air conditioned ensuite bedrooms; one of the bedrooms has an external shower off the terrace. There is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined on request) which has a hall bathroom that is reached by a short staircase off the bedroom hallway.

POOL HOUSE
Across the terrace, just 20 steps from the villa is the pool house that has a small apartment with a double bedroom and kitchenette. The unique shower bathroom is carved from the cliff's rock. A small terrace is perfect for solitude while having your morning coffee and looking out to the sea.

ANNEX
At an additional charge of 1555 euro per week, the annex can be rented along with the house. This annex is reached from the villa's main terrace by descending a staircase of 12 steps. Here you have a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and beautiful panoramic windows that look out onto the town of Positano.
