Villa Tommaso is an ancient villa dating back to the eighteenth century, located in the heart of Chianti Senese, only nineteen kilometers (ten miles) from Siena. Originally a manor house for noble families to escape from the city during the hottest months of summer, it has been recently renovated and restored, retaining the enhanced charm of a Tuscan villa without altering its original structure. Villa Tommaso is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant and exclusive stay under the Tuscan sun and to visit the most important art cities of the area.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Ground Floor
The ground floor offers rooms with architecture inspired by the palladian style, typical of eighteenth century villas. On right side of the large entry hall is a spacious and bright living room which is the largest and oldest in the villa. It features great vaulted archways, elegant, antique furnishings and a green marble fireplace. On the left side of the entrance is the large dining room with ample seating for twelve guests. Next is the completely renovated, fully equipped modern kitchen with marble countertops.

First Floor
The stairway leads to a warm and welcoming sitting room, full of natural light from the French doors and windows. On the right are two double (king) bedrooms with en suite baths, one with tub and one with shower. On the other side of the sitting room is a hallway, leading to two double bedrooms with en suite baths with showers. Across the hall is a twin/double bedroom and a twin bedroom. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Garden
A terrace surrounded by lemon trees is the perfect place to enjoy a summer's dinner. The scent of fresh lemons wafts through the air and will forever be a memory of time spent at Villa Tommaso. Groves of holm oaks and cypress lead to the swimming pool, with chaises to relax beneath the Tuscan sun.
