SECOND FLOOR
Enter the villa from the second floor into a spacious living room with French doors leading out to a terrace with lake and mountain views. From this living room you enter into another small sitting room with a plasma TV. A billiard table sits in the middle of the next room and opens out to a furnished terrace.
GARDEN LEVEL sleeps 2
A well equipped kitchen is next to the dining room with working fireplace, lake views and walk out to the garden. One double bedroom and a hall bathroom. The fitness/game room has a sauna and shower.
THIRD FLOOR sleeps 6
The master bedroom has a small separate dressing room and doors leading out to the terrace with a view of the lake. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with tub. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share the hall bathroom with tub.

The spacious garden has a large terrace, BBQ, ping pong table and private dock for your boat rental or water taxi.
