La Chiantina is centrally located in the heart of Chianti Classico wine region. Located off the famous Chianti wine road, you are within 1 hour from Florence and 40 minutes from Siena. Being in the heart of this region offers you many opportunities to stroll and explore the many Medieval villages, castles and walled towns in the area. Many historic villages such as as Radda in Chianti, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti are a short drive away. 2 miles from the major road that runs from Florence to Siena with access to the A1 Autostrada.
La Chiantina has been totally restored from an ancient 500 hundred year old dwelling. Light and airy with blonde hardwood floors and beamed ceilings, pale pastel colored walls, and large windows bring the outside in. The large living / dining room also has soft colored pastel colors painted on the upper half with a lower wainscoting in elegant hand tooled designs offset in white. The traditional professional kitchen with breakfast table that seats 4, has a retro feel yet is still bright and light with plenty of room to cook a large gourmet dinner.
Large glass doors and windows look out over a small olive grove and private pool and beyond to the panoramic views we all dream of when talking about Chianti. Outdoor seating areas on the other side of the house offer gorgeous views of the hillsides.

STAIRCASE TWO: at the top of the stairs is a small seating area with sofa bed. On this side of the house you have 3 Double Bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms with walk in showers.
