Villa Fonte warmly welcomes you with its understated elegance, beautifully restored by the current owners, who lovingly returned it back to its stately Manor House existence with a chic contemporary twist on Tuscan design. The barrel vaulted cantina is now an elegant living area, the bedrooms are washed in color with lots of natural light from the large windows. The outdoor living areas are exceptional and where anyone who wants to spend time in Italy will find this the most famous 'room' in the house. Large sprawling lawns, a tennis court set among the olive groves, colorful bicycles leaning against a wall calling you to explore the areas outside your villa gates and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi that tempts you to stay home instead of a day of sightseeing. Family friendly, there is something to always keep the children busy.
Just 30 minutes from Cortona , Arezzo and Montepulciano you are able to visit Florence and Montelpuciano in an hour. Rome can be reached by an excellent train schedule from Arezzo or in one and a half hours you can spend the day stopping at the small hill towns in Chianti, or a day to San Gimignano and Siena.

From the private parking lot, the entrance leads into the hallway with staircase leading up to the first and second floor bedrooms. To the right is a living room, to your left the entrance to the kitchen and the back of the house. Three large doors, one from the kitchen, dining area and second living room lead out to the outdoor living space and garden.

10 meters from the Villa, above the swimming pool area is where the 9th bedroom is located. Ideal for grandparents or even teenagers.

GARDEN
Doors lead out from the kitchen, living and dining rooms to a pea gravel terrace that is ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Off to the side of the garden is a loggia with fireplace for gathering on cool evenings and on the other side, a short walk to the salt water swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Beyond the terrace are sprawling lawns whose edges meet with the owners' olive grove. Tucked among the other end of the olive grove is a clay tennis court. A peaceful and zen like formal garden is on one side of the house, for tranquil moments. Pastel colored bicycles rest along a stone wall, always waiting for you to take a ride through the countryside.
Beyond the olive grove and sprawling lawns are views of the val di Chiana and Cortona in the distance.
