This 17th century farmhouse sits among 75 acres of farmland and forest, including a privaate hunting reserve. Nestled between Pisa and San Gimignano you are easy day trips to the beaches, Florence, and Siena.
Small villages are dotted around the area, for a quick stop at a coffee bar in the morining or one of the many restaurants catering to locals for a short trip home after dinner.
The large swmiming pool has wide steps to enter, a pool side music system open air shower and small changing room next to the pool. Outdoor barbecue near the pool area, and wifi that reaches from the villa to the pool.
All beddrooms have air conditioniong and ceiling fans, and under floor heating in the house in the house and the cottage for the cooler months.
The main house has three bedrooms and the cottage an additional two bedrooms.
