THE GARDEN COTTAGE The Gathering Room
A spacious living/dining room that can accommodate 60 guests is ideal for celbration dinners, wedding receptions, meetings, yoga classes and more. French doors of glass are on three sides of the cottage and flood the room with light as well as offering beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. The Cottage features heating, air-conditioning, WiFi, fireplace, and guest bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREAS AND SWIMMING POOL
1500 square meters of gardens include the large 63 foot x 21 foot infinity pool faces south, allowing for sun all day. The pool follows the contours of the hillside with views on all sides which are simply quite breathtaking. Flag-stoned courtyards surround the house and steps lead down to a large loggia veranda with cushioned wrought iron sun beds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. Extending away from the terraces, also facing south, is an area of flat lawn. There is also a portable barbecue and a pizza oven.
